Family Donation Week

Families are encouraged to donate 1 item per family during morning drop off March 20 – March 31.

We are looking for items that are experiences, condos, tickets, hosted parties.

Each donation valued over $ 30 will receive a raffle ticket to be entered into a drawing to win a family 4 pack to Universal studios. Winner will be announced April 10th during morning assembly. 

Family Donations can be made on line via: our website before March 31st to be entered into the drawing.

Saturday,  April 29th  Old Ranch Country Club 

Event Timing 

  • Doors open at 4:30
  • Silent Auction Items will be open for mobile bidding at 4:30  
  • Super Silent and Teachers Items will be open at 5:00 pm and close at 7:00 Note these items will use traditional paper bidding.
  • Live Auction will start at 8:00 pm after dinner has been served. 
  • Silent Auction via: Mobile Biudding will close at 9:00 pm. 

Ticket Information:

Price - $ 85 per person until April 14th

The St. Hedwig School Class with the highest % of parents attending will win Pacific Organic Popsicles Delivered to school.

CASUAL / ROCKABILLY

Come as you are - dressing to theme is not required.

On or before March 18/19 Opportunity Drawing tickets will be mailed to over 1,800 families from the church and school. 

Ticket Sheets are $ 20 for 25 opportunities to win.

Post Auction Sales

It is up to the administration of the school to decide what items may be sold after the auction. Any post-event sales will be through the office and not the auction committee.

What is Mobile Bidding?

Mobile bidding will be available to auction attendees with a bidder number. Mobile bidding should not be confused with on-line bidding. Our traditional auction items – ie: Dance lessons, Dining opportunities, etc. will be bid on via mobile.

Parents unable to attend who want to bid are encouraged to work out an arrangement with an attending family.
