What time should I arrive to the Auction?

We highly encourage you to arrive at 5:30pm for registration. Following registration, you will be able to grab a drink at the open bar and browse the silent auction items. The sit-down dinner will begin promptly at 6:30pm.



What is the suggested attire for the Auction?

With the sounds of smooth yacht rock filling the air, we can’t box you into a particular dress code. Instead, get creative! Think nautical stripes, 70s polyester shirts, or even yacht club attire. Captain’s hat and heathered hair optional!

Ladies Outfit Ideas: Nautical-style cocktail dress, linen pants with a boatneck striped (red, blue, or black) blouse, espadrille or other cute, beachy sandals, and raffia accessories (e.g., earrings, clutch)

Gentleman Outfit Ideas: Khakis, dark slacks or nice jeans with a polo shirt, eclectic Hawaiian shirt, navy sport coat, ascot, and boat shoes

What should I expect the night of the Auction?

This will be a fun evening bringing the school community together to socialize, dance and bid on silent and live auction items.



Who can attend the Auction? Are kids allowed?

The Auction is intended for parents, faculty, alumni and parents interested in enrolling their children at Saint Hedwig School. This is truly a community building event where you can get dolled up and enjoy a night out while the kids are home with a sitter. Book that sitter today!



Where can I purchase my tickets to the Auction? Where can I purchase sponsorship packages? Where can I donate to this year's Fund-A-Need?

What do I receive if I purchase a Reserved table for the Auction? How many Reserved tables are available?

Each reserved table will have prominent seating for 10 and include 3 bottles of champagne and 10 SHS captain’s hats. Only 12 reserved tables will be available, so don't delay and purchase today!
*Seating for non-reserved tables will be on a first come basis.



What if I can't make it to the Auction? Can I still bid on Silent and Live Auction items?

If you cannot attend the Auction in person, you will still be able to bid on Silent Auction items and Buy-It-Now items. You will not be able to bid on the Live Auction items or Teacher Experiences, unless you have an onsite designee who is willing to bid for you, under their bidder number (i.e., under their credit card).



Will I be able to purchase Auction items once the evening has concluded?

No, the Auction will close at the end of the night and there will be no items available for bid post-Auction.
