What time should I arrive to the Auction?
Arrive in style at The Grand at 5:30pm to check in and enjoy a cocktail reception while taking a final, in person look at our silent auction items. Our sit-down dinner will begin promptly at 7pm.
What is the suggested attire for the Auction?
As we celebrate this milestone in St. Hedwig School’s history, we invite you to dress in your green and gold best. Think smart, sophisticated, and celebratory!
Ladies Outfit Ideas: Floor-length gowns are welcome, as are cocktail dresses or dressy skirt and top separates, plus gold accessories – purses, shoes, jewelry.
Gentleman Outfit Ideas: Tailored slacks, dress trousers, or khakis are welcome with a nice button-down shirt and loafers or dress shoes. Sports coat or blazer optional.
What should I expect the night of the Auction?
This is an evening of community coming together to celebrate St. Hedwig School’s legacy. You can expect an opportunity to meet other members of our community while socializing with those you know, dancing, and supporting SHS’s future through a silent auction, live auction, and Fund-A-Need sponsorship opportunity.
Who can attend the Auction? Are kids allowed?
All parents, faculty and staff, alumni, extended family members, community members, and prospective St. Hedwig School parents are invited to join us for this adult-only evening of building community and excellence for generations of students to come. We suggest booking that sitter today!
Where can I purchase my tickets to the Auction? Where can I purchase sponsorship packages? Where can I donate to this year's Fund-A-Need?

What do I receive if I purchase a Reserved table for the Auction? How many Reserved tables are available?
Each reserved table will be in a prominent section of the ballroom and include admission, open bar, and sit-down dinner for 10 guests. Reserved tables are limited, so be sure to purchase yours today!
*Seating for non-reserved tables will be on a first-come basis when ballroom doors open.
What if I can't make it to the Auction? Can I still bid on Silent and Live Auction items?
Yes! Even if you can’t attend the Auction in person, you are welcome to support the Auction from afar by bidding on Silent Auction items and purchasing Buy-It-Now items.
You can also purchase Golden Tickets, and while the winner need not be present at the event, they must have a designated person attending the event who will select the Golden Ticket winner’s Live Auction item.
Unfortunately, those unable to attend will be unable to bid on Live Auction Items unless you have an onsite designee who is willing to bid for you, under their bidder number (i.e., under their credit card).
Will I be able to purchase Auction items once the evening has concluded?
No, the Auction will close at the end of the night and there will be no items available for bid post-Auction.
