Doors Open at 4:30 p.m. - Check for paddle and program by the classic cars out front

4:30-9:00 p.m.- Silent Auction Outdoor Pavillion - Items available for Mobile Bidding

4:30-7:00 p.m. - Almost Live & Teachers Items Outdoor Pavilion

Teachers and Almost Live to Close at 7 pm

Traditional Paper Bidding For Almost Live and Teachers Items

Doors Open for Dinner at 7:00 p.m. - Dinner Buffet Style in the Ball Room

Live Auction at 8:00 p.m.

Immediately following Live Music

Silver Lining Band

VIP Lounge Open ~ Outdoors on Pavilion

St. Hedwig's Parent Association provides time, talent and treasure in support of our school. Our annual auction event contributes over 70% of our school's fundraising efforts, allowing tuition to remain affordable for all families.

Throughout our 54 year history, our school has remained committed to building a strong academic community based on the gospel of Christ.

The Religious Sisters of Charity served our school for over 40 years. The Sisters were dedicated to providing service to the less fortunate.

Our school continues to focus on service to the less fortunate and provides tuition assistance for families in need who desire to attend our school.
