  • The  grade with the highest percentage of family donations per student (must be over $ 25 in value or cash donations, gift cards are excluded)  will receive In N Out delivered to the school for lunch for all student in the grade. Date to be agreeable with the teacher. (Burgers Only – No Fries or Drinks)

  • The class with the highest % of parent attendee's will win an All You Can Eat Ice Cream Party in Class. Date to be agreeable with the teacher.

  • The Grade with the highest $$ value in sales the night of the auction for the class item will win  (2) $ 125 gift cards to Burke William Spa, one for each room mom per grade.

•             Items that bring the most value for the classroom are items in which multiples can be sold. For example, a creative picture of the kids in which multiple copies can be sold at the auction then delivered at a later date. Pinterest has some great ideas that can found by typing Classroom Auction Items in the search engine.

•             Gift cards while easy are not the greatest investment for the school. For example: Mrs. Jones pays $ 50 for a target gift card, that Mrs. Smith buys for $ 30 at the auction. Mrs. Jones is out $ 50, Mrs. Smith spent $ 30 to make $ 20, and the school made $ 30 in proceeds. In this example the school would have been better off financially if Mrs. Jones had just given the $ 50 to the school. ( and yes, families wanting to make a cash donation instead of donating an item during family donation week can do so by check or on-line).
